All gerberas showing sold out means they are not available. As varieties become available they will be opened on the website and will no longer show sold out. Those in the Gerbera Connection FB group will be notified when these go live.
Gerberas are sold individually, not in clumps. All prices are for one gerbera plant, however you may find that a good proportion of the plants we sell are double crowned. Please refrain from splitting them into smaller plants as this runs the risk of you losing the plant. They will do much better if you plant them as they are on arrival.
We do our absolute best to get you the strongest and healthiest plants available. Some varieties grow large leaves and roots whilst others are smaller in size. This is normal variation from different varieties. We would never sell plants we would not be happy to receive and pride ourselves on our quality.
There is a chance some varieties will be restocked at a later time within the same year. All plants will be listed on the website and notification of listing will occur via the gerbera connection facebook group.
Please check your gerberas on arrival and contact us if you have any concerns as soon as possible. Photos of the plant from different angles are required. Once gerberas have been planted we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund as growing conditions vary considerably and are out of our control.
We are only able to ship within Australia.
Shipping is calculated based on how many plants you order. However as a general rule up to 7 potted plants will fit in an express post box for $25 and up to 14 for $45.
Whilst every care is taken to provide accurate information and descriptions of every item, differences in climate, soils and growing conditions may cause differences with various characteristics of plants received. The information and images provided may not be completely accurate when grown in your particular climate or growing conditions. Gerberas can vary dramatically throughout a growing season in both shape, size and colour. If you are concerned, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist.
There are a number of states which will not accept plants from QLD due to quarantine restrictions. These restrictions are always changing and it is important we keep up to date with them. If you live outside of QLD please enquire with us at thegerberaconnection@gmail.com prior to making a purchase.
Based in Mackay QLD, you are welcome to visit us to pick up orders by appointment only.
