Thank you for shopping at The Gerbera Connection. We strive to provide you with high-quality plants and products to enhance your gardening experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to claim a refund or replacement. Please review our refund and replacement policy below.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
Please unpack your order as soon as possible when it arrives. If you have any concerns please contact us immediately, including your name and good quality photos from different angles of the plant you have concerns about to thegerberaconnection@gmail.com. Please do this prior to planting. Failure to get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order will result in any claims not being recognised. We cannot be responsible for plants failing to grow once they have been planted as there are many variables out of our control that may contribute to this. Please read our planting instructions for further information.
We will notify you via email and let you know if a refund or replacement has been approved or not. A replacement of the same or similar plant will be offered. Please note there may be up to a 12month wait for replacement on the same plant as it may have sold out for the current season. If approved, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 5-7 days to process. It can take some time for the bank/credit card company to process. If more than 10 days have passed since we processed your refund and you haven’t received it into your account please contact us so we can look into it.
